PIBC Intelligent Inventory - New AI Tool for Planners

We are excited to officially launch the PIBC Intelligent Inventory! PIBC, in association with NeuraCities and MODUS Planning, Design & Engagement, has developed an inventory of local government plans and regulations powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of the PIBC Peer Learning Network (PLN) initiative.
In November 2018 the British Columbia Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing initiated a Development Approvals Process Review (DAPR) to examine current challenges and potential opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of local government development approvals processes.
