Bringing a Private Sector Lens to Affordable Housing Delivery: Drawing on several case studies, including two innovative affordable housing projects currently underway: Housing for Women by Women and Community Driven Model of First Nations Housing, Carla Guerrera explores how bringing a private sector lens to public sector, First Nations, and non-profits to develop affordable housing maximizes impact, efficiency, and results in successful win-win projects.

Federal Housing Updates: Join Lance Jakubec and Elizabeth Tang as they present innovative housing initiatives aimed at creating affordable housing in BC and Alberta, including CMHC’s partnership with Vancity Community Investment Fund and NHS programs that are open for applications – Solutions Lab, Housing Supply Challenge, and more!
