Lambda Alpha International (LAI) Vancouver is pleased to partner with PIBC in this salon social event to learn about new intelligent tools to accelerate the development process and housing delivery. 

Join us for a lively evening of socializing, demonstrations and discussion to learn about BC Housing’s new DASH (Digitally Accelerated Standardized Housing) and PIBC’s Intelligent Inventory tools. These new, powerful tools can work together to quickly identify municipal development area policies and regulations and to develop standardized housing models that are aligned with municipal bylaws and with standardized construction methods. Ultimately, these tools serve to accelerate and de-risk the development process resulting in more potential housing on the ground.

The registration fee of $25 includes light food, first beverage of choice (with cash bar thereafter), presentations
