This 3-session course (Sept 16, 23 & 29) introduces the basics of pro formas and their role in the development process. Participants will learn how to read, interpret, and create simple pro formas, and understand how they're used to assess project feasibility. The course covers key financial inputs, common revenue and cost assumptions, and how developers use pro formas to make informed decisions early in a project's life cycle.
