Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for tourism, business development, and community growth? Due to upcoming retirement, the Town of Lake Cowichan is excited to announce a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Manager of Tourism and Business Development!
This senior leadership role will help shape the future of our vibrant community on the shores of Cowichan Lake — leading economic development, destination management, and key municipal assets including the Cowichan Lake Education Centre, Tourism Information Centre, and Lakeview Campground.

Strong leadership and business acumen
Experience in tourism, economic development, and stakeholder engagement
A collaborative, community-focused approach to operations and strategy
