The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District is seeking a Senior Development Planner to assist us with finalizing the zoning and legal aspects of a large (~1000 unit) redevelopment project. This is a 2 day per week job with flexible hours, working from home. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience with negotiation, development review, site planning, preparation of amenity zoning, development agreements and other legal agreements.
