Join us for a Lunch & Learn about a new Peer Learning Network (PLN) resource for planners and practitioners working in housing - Housing Advisory Bulletins (HABs). These bulletins cover three major topic areas related to recently enacted legislation in British Columbia - development economics of housing, infrastructure and community amenities, and inclusionary housing regulations and policies.

You can find these bulletins in the PLN Resource Library by selecting "PIBC" under the "Source" filter.

Adam Mattinson MPl, RPP, MCIP, PLE 
B&A | CIMA+
Adam Mattinson is a professional planner and land economist with over a decade of experience in growth forecasting, land and built‑space demand modelling, economic development, and policy impact assessment. He leads B&A | CIMA+’s Vancouver planning team and contributes to projects across Canada. His work integrates robust data analysis with community engagement to inform practical, context‑sensitive planning and policy decisions.
 

Andrea Renney MURP, RPP, MCIP 
City Squared Consulting
Andrea Renney is the principal of City Squared Consulting and is a Registered Professional Planner and Land Economist. She has over two decades of experience in areas of redevelopment economics, financial testing of planning policy, municipal finance, demographic analysis and growth management policy. She has worked with numerous municipalities, public agencies, landowners and non-government organizations across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
 

Stefan Krzeczunowicz MLAI, PLE
Hemson
An Associate Partner at Hemson, Stefan has more than 19 years of professional consulting experience and has experience in all aspects of DCC studies. He returned to Hemson after serving a three-year term (2016-2019) as a Member of the Ontario Municipal Board, where he adjudicated more than 70 appeals and had a leading role in writing the DCC and ACC Best Practices Guides that were released in March 2025. He is the current President of the Association of Ontario Land Economists (AOLE) and a Member of the honorary land economics society Lambda Alpha International (LAI).
