The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Planning Institute of British Columbia (PIBC) will take place as follows:

The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

1.    Call to Order 
2.    Introduction of Board Members & Guests
3.    Board Elections - Appointment of Scrutineers
4.    Minutes of Previous General Meetings:
 4.1    Adoption of the Minutes of the May 8, 2024, Annual General Meeting
5.    Report of Board & Committees (2024 Annual Report)
6.    2024 Audited Financial Statements
7.    Appointment of Auditors (2025 Fiscal Year)
8.    Board Elections – Report of Election Results & Introduction of 2025-2027 Board
9.    Adjournment

Remote Online Viewing
Any members not attending the conference in Vancouver (in-person or online through the virtual conference attendance option) but who are interested in seeing the AGM can optionally sign up to view an online broadcast/stream of the event.

To sign up for this online viewing option, please RSVP by email to Kelly Chan at kelly.chan@pibc.bc.ca and provide your name, email address, and a mobile phone number (you will need that to receive the online access code). You will then be provided with information to connect and watch the broadcast/stream of the AGM prior to the start of the meeting on June 13th.

Please be sure to RSVP by 4 PM on Monday, June 9, 2025 to ensure we are able to send you the appropriate access information for the AGM broadcast prior to the meeting.

A recording of the AGM broadcast will also be made available following the event.
