If you get excited about the thought of making an amazing town even more incredible, we are looking for you. The Town of Ladysmith is seeking a full-time term (five year) Project Coordinator to work remotely and facilitate the implementation of our Waterfront Area Development Plan.
This is an important plan. It sets forth a vision, a guiding change that will benefit generations to come. It is also the culmination of a planning process that brought together the Town of Ladysmith and the Stz’uminus First Nation, strengthening a relationship and creating an outcome that seeks to benefit both communities.
As a member of the senior management team you will be tasked with placing a significant focus on project coordination, creating positive relationships and providing leadership, supervision, guidance and oversight to an array of colleagues, associates and consultants. You will partner with members of the Stz’uminus First
Nation to make the goals of our Waterfront Area Implementation Plan a reality.

To be ready to succeed you will have 5 years’ experience with major redevelopment projects and hold a university degree in a relevant field such as in engineering, architecture or landscape architecture, real estate economics, or project management.
