Planner III

Regular Full-time 

The City of Terrace is looking for an innovative and dynamic individual to join their team as Planner III.  Planner III performs skilled professional planning work of a complex nature.  Work involves specialized knowledge for the design, preparation, and completion of long-range and short-range projects, including development applications/permits, subdivision applications and neighbourhood plans.  Based on qualifications and experience, the City will also consider candidates for the position of Planner II who will apply their knowledge for the design preparation, and completion of long-range and short-range planning projects or Planner I who provides support within Department. 

This is a C.U.P.E. Local 2012 position with a 35-hour work week earning $45.72 per hour, Planner II compensation is $40.44 per hour, and Planner I compensation is $33.41 per hour.
