This webinar will include a brief overview of common affordability questions in relation to the Province’s new housing legislation. Kaela Schramm, AICP

Kaela is the Director of Projects and Planning at M’akola Development Services and oversees all the organization's planning and development work. She is a registered professional planner with the American Institute of Planners. In 2018, Kaela received recognition for her achievements and was named one of BC’s Forty under 40 by Business in Vancouver.
Katy Fabris RPP, MCIP
Senior Project Manager, M'akola Development Services
Katy is a registered professional planner and has a Masters of Planning degree from the University of Waterloo. With over ten years of experience in both the public and non-profit sector, Katy leads M'akola's Lower Mainland Region Development Team.
Kaeley Wiseman RPP, MCIP
Principal, Wiser Projects
Kaeley has been supporting clients in planning for their development projects for over 15 years. She has formal partnerships with a number of local and regional organizations who provide additional technical expertise when needed, for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous project work. Kaeley’s background as a professional Planner and Project Manager has allowed her to share and apply cross-sector learnings with her partners. The philosophy of Wiser is built from Kaeley’s experience in these various sectors – and seeks to do business based on demonstrated trust and ability to deliver projects where community remains at the heart.
