Building Smart #19 – New Energy Provisions in the BC Building Code – focuses on the energy efficiency requirements for residential homes that will change in December of this year. The BC Building Code will include a new section 9.36 with various insulation and mechanical requirements as well as options for designers and builders on how to conform.
