Building standards and codes in Canada are moving towards requiring buildings achieving high-performance standards. This four-day workshop covers the technical, economic and policy elements of Passive House buildings. Participants learn how to apply Passive House principles in the context of building physics, windows and mechanical systems. Domestic and international case studies demonstrate current best practices and teach concepts of cost assessment.
