Tamara is a planner and housing specialist, with 15 years of experience in Canada’s housing sector spanning the non-profit to market housing spectrum including: provincial programs, municipal housing strategy and policy development, zoning and regulatory work, development projects, and housing operations. Through this work, she has supported the growth of BC’s community-owned housing stock, as well as advanced innovative housing options in the gentle density and pre-fabricated housing spaces.  A self-acclaimed "porch evangelist", Tamara is also part of a forming co-housing community, and rejoices in housing and neighbourhood design that supports community connection.
