As our tentative keynote speaker for the Annual Don Stone Lecture on Urban Planning and Design, we have Marcia Nozick, founder and CEO of EMBERS, the Eastside Movement for Business and Economic Renewal Society in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. She has won three awards for her innovative work, and her organization offers people assistance in setting up businesses, a temporary (non-exploitative) labour program, and an energy retrofitting business providing jobs to the hard to employ.

Parking is available in Lot 4E.
