The PIBC Yukon Chapter is organizing a one-day planning law workshop with Bill Buholzer FCIP, RPP and Jay Lancaster from Young Anderson - Barristers and Solicitors. A light lunch is included with the registration.

5. Discrimination in Zoning - On what basis can zoning laws distinguish between land uses and land users?
6. Zoning and Non-Conforming Uses - What can stay, and what has to go?
7. First Nations Issues - Review of case law on aboriginal rights and title
