PlanTalk: Food Systems Planning

The South Coast Chapter in partnership with the BC Food Systems Network are coordinating a PlanTalk event on Food Systems Planning. The goal of the event is to bring together planners and community partners to collaboratively learn from one another and to build the relationships required to collectively advance food policy and planning in B.C.

General themes include: how to foster partnerships in food systems planning, the importance of indigenous food planning, why we love food and hate waste, and how to integrate food policy into planning documents and policies - among others!

This event is being generously supported by PIBC, the BC Food Systems Network and the Real Estate Foundation of BC.
