Description
Project Management for Professionals is a one day introductory course that enables project managers and team members to better deliver successful projects on time, on budget and in scope. Participants will learn how to plan and control project work, identify and manage stakeholder engagement, as well as a brief introduction to the psychology of influence and persuasion. Participants will learn about project management from ‘concept to cash’ or from the initial contemplation of a project to the realization of its benefits after successful implementation. The course will provide immediate returns on your learning investment by providing participants with a detailed work book and project templates.

This course will account for 7 hours towards the 35 hours of professional project management training required to write the Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation Exam.
