6:45 – 7:30 Planner roundtable
7:30 – 9:00ish Series of short planning films and discussion – we have some great ones lined up, but if you have any ideas we have room for one or 2 more!
9:00ish Continue discussions in the pub!

Also please let us know if you feel you cannot make the trip to the west Kootenays but would be interested in attending at a location in Cranbrook - which would join through webinar.
This is a free event for both PIBC members and non-member planners, although only members will be able to vote at the AGM.
We will not need to re-elect our executive this year, but would like to call for 2 additional members to provide more geographic representation from the West and North of our region.
