Dan Winer is Co-Executive Lead at Small Housing BC, an organization that advances gentle density by aligning policy, industry, and communities to expand housing options and support municipal Bill 44 adoption across British Columbia.

Cleo Corbett RPP, MCIP (CMHC)
Cleo is Senior Specialist on CMHC's Municipal Relations team. She works with local governments in BC and Nova Scotia to deliver housing programs, build capacity and improve the housing system. Cleo's work has been recognized by the United Nations and UBCM, and she currently serves on the board of the PIBC.
Kevin Harding (BC Ministry of Housing & Municipal Affairs)
Kevin is Director of Innovation and Safety at the BC Ministry of Housing & Municipal Affairs. He has a passion for solving intractable problems and advancing the public interest through public policy, regulations, and legislation

Bryn Davidson (Lanefab Design/Build)
Bryn Davidson is co-founder and Lead Designer at Lanefab, a Vancouver based design-build firm crafting custom homes, multiplexes and infill laneway houses that blend west coast modernism with climate friendly passivhaus design principles.

Guy Patterson RPP, MCIP (Young Anderson)
Guy is a partner with Young Anderson and is a registered professional planner and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. He maintains a general practice in municipal law with a focus on planning and land use management, and subdivision regulation.
