Reliable Controls LEED Platinum building tour 

Tour a LEED Platinum facility in View Royal. Reliable Controls specializes in the design and manufacture of Internet-connected green building controls. The facility was LEED Platinum certified on November 13, 2013, achieving 56 out of 70 possible points. On the tour, you will hear how challenges in the rezoning and development process were addressed and see BACnet building automation systems (facility energy management systems) in action.
