Designing a Public Consultation Program - Tools and Techniques
This workshop will provide an overview of public engagement tools and help planners pick the right tool for the planning challenge to be addressed. The workshop will also teach planners basic facilitation skills and how to respond to difficult people and situations that threaten to derail the consultation process.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the public involvement continuum.
