The Planning Institute of British Columbia, in support of its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) System, provides links, contact details and event and other information for external and third party Preferred Continuing Professional Development Providers.

These external and third party providers have applied for this status with the Institute, and the Institute has in turn reviewed the providers’ history, learning activity offerings and other background information to enable them to become PIBC Preferred CPD Providers. Providers are independent of PIBC, and typically include: post-secondary institutions, university continuing studies programs, non-governmental organizations, other professional associations, private training & education providers, and more.

Becoming a Preferred CPD Provider allows these providers to effectively advertise and promote their events and learning activities to members on this website and elsewhere, become connected with PIBC, while enabling members to easily seek out and connect with a diversity of external professional development providers across BC, the Yukon, and beyond
